The thermal bag in which it comes, is simple, the fiambrera looks tough, comes with cable for 220v and 12v. Standard but acceptable cutlery. The package wine well packed. I haven’t tried it yet so I don’t know the end result.

The order came quickly 9 days the thing is class. according to the description everything is accurate. everything came in integrity and safety. I got it for a working truck atom. Checked works on Hurray 24 V. And 220 also heats. 24 volts lunch heated for 30-40 minutes To the right temperature. But there is one minus no sealing gum on the lid. I think the Caliper will spill. For me, this is a big minus.
